LET'S ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS

We want to be transparent with all our customers, residential or commercial. To give you a better idea of what you may need to do before your service date or to relieve any stressors, look at some of the most frequent questions we get asked!

  • How Can I Receive An Estimate?

We can give our estimates over the phone or as a proposal, where we will email it to you. Start by calling (619) 548-8661 or email prowindowcleaning@gmail.com to get a free estimate!

  • How Much Is An Estimate?

We offer free estimates to any residential or commercial service.

  • Does Your Company Have Insurance?

We are a fully insured company and will furnish insurance certificates, workers' compensation, and references upon customer's request. We carry liability insurance and workers' compensation for all our employees. Our window cleaners are also bonded for your protection.

  • Do I Need To Be Home During The Window Cleaning?

We are flexible to your needs and are happy to schedule an appointment that suits your schedule if you wish to be home. This isn't always necessary, depending on the appointment. If we are doing an interior and exterior job, we can start on the exterior while you are away and begin on the interior when you are home.

For cases, if vacancies, if access is provided, your presence is optional.

  • How Will Window Cleaning Effect My Tinted Windows?

As long as the tint is older than six weeks, the window cleaning is unlikely to damage or wrinkle the tint on your windows. We don't use any harsh chemicals or cleaners, like Windex, that could damage the tint. We avoid paper towels which can scratch the tint.

  • How Many Window Cleaners Should I Expect?

We send one to five per site, depending on the job size.

  • Are You Familiar With Alarm Wired Screens?

We are experienced with handling security screens and make sure all of our cleaners are aware, so we should not have any problems putting them back.

  • Why Is There A One-Hour Time Frame For The Cleaner's Arrival?

Our window cleaners may have a job right before yours that may go over or may run into traffic on the way to your site. We want to be safe and respectful of your time.

  • What Precautions Do You Take With Flooring?

We make sure all our cleaners take off their shoes before entering your home. It is our policy that our window cleaners are instructed to take extra caution when working inside your homes and spaces.

When dealing with hardwood floors, we use a protective pad beneath the legs of all ladders to avoid any scratching or damages to your floors.

  • Do You Clean Foggy Windows?

Typically, fog can get trapped between two window panes when the seal is broken. If this is the case, unfortunately, we cannot clean it. We suggest contacting your window manufacturer and check the warranty on the windows.

  • Do I Need To Cover Or Remove My Furniture That The Cleaners Might Drip On?

It is highly recommended that you speak with the window cleaners before the service about any additional precautions during the cleaning. Covering any furniture that you may be worried about is always a good idea. We encourage that pianos should be covered prior to our arrival.

  • What Are The Payment Options For Residential And Commercial?

Residential: After the cleaning job is done to your satisfaction, the window cleaner will then collect your preferred form of payment. We accept cash, check, and credit cards (Visa, American Express or MasterCard). If you pay by credit, a service charge is added to cover our costs.

Commercial: We are happy to send an invoice for our services after the service date. Before our arrival, please provide an email address for invoicing purposes.
